Terms & Conditions

By booking a session or using this website, you agree to the following terms:

Booking & Payment
All sessions require a signed contract and a non-refundable retainer to secure your date. The remaining balance is due by the session date, unless otherwise agreed. Sessions are not considered booked until both the contract and payment are received.

Rescheduling & Cancellations
Life happens. If you need to reschedule, please give as much notice as possible. Retainers are non-refundable but may be transferable to a new date within the same calendar year, depending on availability. In the case of weather or emergencies, Morgan Gribble Photography will work with you to find a new date that works for both parties.

Image Delivery
Final images are delivered via an online gallery within 2–4 weeks (weddings may take longer). You’ll receive high-resolution digital files for personal use. Morgan Gribble Photography retains the copyright to all images and may use them for portfolio, website, and marketing purposes—unless you request otherwise in writing.

Editing & Raw Files
All delivered images are professionally edited in the photographer’s signature style. RAW files or unedited images are not available for release.

Client Responsibility
It’s your responsibility to arrive on time and prepared for your session. Delays or no-shows may result in reduced coverage or cancellation without refund. Clear communication is encouraged to make the session successful.

Copyright & Usage
You’re welcome to share your images for personal use—on social media, printing, etc. However, images may not be altered with filters or used commercially without written permission.

Limitation of Liability
While every effort is made to ensure your satisfaction, Morgan Gribble Photography is not liable for circumstances beyond control (e.g., technical issues, weather, illness). Liability is limited to the amount paid for the session.
